Preamble CodeFryDev respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in a manner consistent with applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and, where applicable, the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)—following practices analogous to those articulated in GitHub’s DMCA policy . Submitting a Takedown Notice A written notice should be transmitted to codefrydev@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice”, incorporating the following elements: Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed; Identification of the infringing material and its precise location (URL, repository path, product designation); Contact particulars of the notifying party (name, address, electronic mail, telephone); A statement, executed in good faith, that the contested use is not authorised by the copyright proprietor, its agent, or applicable law; A declaration, under penalty of perjury where applicable, affirming the accuracy of the information supplied and the notifier’s authority to act on behalf of the rights holder; and The physical or electronic signature of the authorised representative.
