Product Terms and Conditions of Use The present instrument sets forth Product Terms under the CodeFryDev General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “General Terms”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise utilising the Water App (hereinafter the “Application”), the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound concurrently by both the General Terms and the provisions hereinafter set forth.
