Commitment

CodeFryDev endeavours to render Digital Properties accessible to the broadest practicable audience, including persons with disabilities, in alignment with principles consistent with WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable—following practices advocated by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and accessibility statements published by major technology platforms.

Measures Undertaken

The Service Provider implements, where feasible:

  • semantic HTML markup and ARIA labelling in actively maintained products;
  • keyboard navigability across core interaction pathways;
  • colour contrast considerations within the PaperMod-based documentation infrastructure;
  • responsive layouts accommodating mobile and desktop viewports; and
  • incremental improvements as individual products undergo revision.

Known Limitations

Given the heterogeneous, multi-product character of the open source Ecosystem:

  • legacy or experimental tools may not fully conform to WCAG standards;
  • third-party embeds (analytics platforms, external APIs) may introduce accessibility barriers beyond the Service Provider’s direct control;
  • games and canvas-based utilities may exhibit limited screen-reader compatibility; and
  • community-maintained forks remain the sole responsibility of their respective maintainers.

Feedback and Accommodation Requests

Persons encountering accessibility barriers are invited to correspond with codefrydev@gmail.com , subject line “Accessibility Feedback”, furnishing:

  • the product URL or identifier;
  • a description of the barrier encountered; and
  • particulars of assistive technology employed, if applicable.

The Service Provider shall endeavour to respond within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

This statement does not constitute a contractual warranty of conformance. See Article 31 of the General Terms.
