Product Terms and Conditions of Use

The present instrument establishes the Product Terms and Conditions of Use governing Prompts Vault (the “Product”), accessible at https://codefrydev.in/PromptsValut/ , incorporated herein by reference into the CodeFryDev General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “General Terms”).

By effectuating access to, navigation within, or continued utilisation of the Product, the User voluntarily undertakes concurrent juridical obligation under the General Terms, the present Product Terms, and the General Privacy Policy . In the event of irreconcilable inconsistency, these Product Terms shall prevail solely with respect to Prompts Vault.

Designation, Classification, and Identifying Particulars

Dissent and Immediate Cessation of Use

Should the User withhold unqualified assent to the present Product Terms and Conditions of Use, the General Terms and Conditions of Use , the General Privacy Policy , or any analytics, session-recording, or open source provisions incorporated herein by reference, the User is under an immediate and unconditional obligation to cease all interaction with Prompts Vault—including closure of all browser sessions, termination of authenticated accounts, uninstallation of any related Application, and permanent discontinuance of access. Continued presence or utilisation shall constitute conclusive evidence of binding acceptance. No partial, implied, or constructive consent shall be recognised.

Special Provisions — Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Services

Prompts Vault furnishes artificial intelligence, machine learning, prompt engineering, or cognate computational interfaces. The User hereby expressly acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that:

(a) outputs generated by or through the Product are probabilistic and non-deterministic in character and may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or otherwise unreliable;

(b) no output shall be construed as professional, legal, medical, financial, engineering, or other specialist counsel, and the User bears exclusive obligation independently to verify all outputs prior to reliance or dissemination;

(c) the User bears exclusive and non-delegable responsibility for prompts, inputs, configurations, and all content submitted to or emanating from the Product, encompassing conformity with applicable law and third-party proprietary rights;

(d) The Product may transmit prompts or inputs to third-party foundation model providers, application programming interfaces, or inference infrastructure pursuant to the General Privacy Policy ;

(e) the Service Provider extends no warranty of uninterrupted availability of underlying models, application programming interfaces, or computational resources; and

(f) the User shall not employ the Product to generate unlawful content, malware, deceptive material, or content infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.

Analytics, Telemetry, and Session Intelligence Modalities

Qua web-based Digital Property situated within the CodeFryDev Ecosystem, Prompts Vault participates in the platform-wide analytics, telemetry, and behavioural measurement architecture explicated in Article 43 of the General Terms and Conditions of Use , including:

By accessing, invoking, or otherwise availing oneself of Prompts Vault, the User consents to such processing to the extent imperatively mandated by applicable data protection law. The User is expressly cautioned against entering authentication credentials, payment card information, government identifiers, or other categories of Special Category Data whilst session-recording technologies remain operative. Open Source Licensing and Source Code Dissemination

Prompts Vault forms part of the CodeFryDev open source corpus. Corresponding source code is ordinarily disseminated under the MIT Licence, absent specification of an alternative licence within the repository LICENSE artefact.

Pursuant to the MIT Licence, the User is authorised to reproduce, modify, and distribute the corresponding source code subject to mandatory inclusion of the copyright notice and licence text. The software is furnished “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind. The MIT Licence does not convey rights in CodeFryDev trade marks nor authorise the suggestion of official endorsement of derivative or forked distributions.

Natural or juridical persons who fork, mirror, or redistribute Prompts Vault assume exclusive responsibility for conformity with all transitive dependency licences and for the excision or replacement of analytics identifiers upon deployment of an independently hosted instance.

Material Distinction: Utilisation of Prompts Vault via the hosted deployment at codefrydev.in is is governed by the present Product Terms and the General Privacy Policy , in conjunction with any MIT or other open source licence applicable to the underlying source code. Analytics instrumentation (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) pertains exclusively to the Service Provider’s hosted deployment and not to independent forks unless expressly reconfigured.

Hierarchical Relationship to the Master Instrument

Save as expressly modified herein, the General Terms and Conditions of Use govern Prompts Vault in their entirety, encompassing provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, termination, and governing law (India).

Amendment, Revision, and Publication Protocol

The Service Provider may amend the present instrument upon material evolution of Prompts Vault in scope, architecture, or functionality. Amended text shall be disseminated at this uniform resource locator with a revised effective date.
