Product Terms and Conditions of Use

The present instrument sets forth Product Terms under the CodeFryDev General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “General Terms”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise utilising the Water App (hereinafter the “Application”), the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound concurrently by both the General Terms and the provisions hereinafter set forth.

In the event of any irreconcilable inconsistency between these Product Terms and the General Terms, the provisions of these Product Terms shall prevail solely with respect to the Application; all other provisions of the General Terms shall remain in full force and effect without modification.

The Application constitutes a mobile hydration-reminder service developed and disseminated by CodeFryDev (hereinafter the “Service Provider”). At present, the Application is offered on a gratuitous basis, subject to the Service Provider’s reserved prerogative to introduce remunerative features upon adequate prior notice, as contemplated within the General Terms.

Dissent and Immediate Cessation of Use

Should the User withhold unqualified assent to these Product Terms, the General Terms , or the Water App Privacy Policy , the User is under an immediate and unconditional obligation to uninstall the Application forthwith and discontinue all use without delay.

Corollary Policy Instruments and Cross-References

1. Device Compatibility and Platform Integrity

The Application is architected for deployment upon mobile computing devices operating systems compatible with those specified upon the relevant application marketplace listing. The Service Provider extends no warranty of functionality on devices that have been modified through jailbreaking, rooting, or analogous circumvention of manufacturer-imposed software restrictions.

The User is expressly cautioned that such modifications may materially compromise device security, expose the device to malicious software, and precipitate partial or total malfunction of the Application. The Service Provider disclaims all liability for adverse consequences arising from utilisation of the Application upon compromised or non-standard device configurations.

2. Network Connectivity and Telecommunications Charges

Certain functionalities embedded within the Application presuppose the availability of an active internet connection, whether furnished via wireless local area network (Wi-Fi) or a mobile telecommunications network. The Service Provider shall bear no responsibility for diminished functionality attributable to connectivity unavailability, signal degradation, or exhaustion of the User’s allocated data allowance.

Where the Application is accessed beyond the coverage of a Wi-Fi network, standard data transmission charges levied by the User’s mobile network operator may apply, including, without limitation, roaming tariffs incurred outside the User’s habitual territory. The User assumes sole financial responsibility for such charges. Where the User is not the account holder or bill payer for the device in question, they represent and warrant that requisite consent has been obtained from the responsible party.

3. Device Maintenance and Operational Preconditions

The User bears exclusive responsibility for maintaining their device in a condition suitable for the operation of the Application, including adequate battery charge, sufficient storage capacity, and compliance with minimum system requirements. The Service Provider shall not be liable for inability to access or utilise the Application arising from device power depletion, storage insufficiency, or other environmental or hardware-related conditions attributable to the User.

4. Health Information and Limitation of Reliance

The Application furnishes hydration reminders and ancillary wellness-oriented functionality exclusively for general informational purposes. It does not constitute, and shall not be relied upon as, medical advice, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, or a substitute for professional healthcare counsel. The User is strongly advised to consult a duly qualified healthcare practitioner regarding any health-related determinations.

Whilst the Service Provider endeavours to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information presented within the Application, certain data elements may be derived from third-party sources beyond the Service Provider’s direct control. The Service Provider expressly disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from exclusive or primary reliance upon the Application’s functionality, notifications, or displayed content.

5. Software Updates and Discontinuance

The Service Provider may, at its discretion, release updates to the Application for the purposes of defect remediation, feature enhancement, or preservation of compatibility with evolving operating system architectures. Continued utilisation of the Application may necessitate the installation of such updates. The Service Provider extends no guarantee that updates will maintain compatibility with every device configuration or operating system iteration.

The Service Provider reserves an unrestricted right to discontinue the Application, in whole or in part, at any time and with or without prior notice, subject only to mandatory obligations imposed by applicable law. Upon discontinuance, the User’s licence to operate the Application shall terminate forthwith, and the User should proceed to uninstall the Application from all associated devices.

6. Amendment of Terms of Use

The Service Provider may revise these Product Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Application, applicable law, or operational requirements. Material amendments shall be published upon this page. Continued use of the Application following such publication shall constitute acceptance of the revised Product Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Product Terms shall take effect as of 24 May 2026.
