CFD Penney is a collaborative whiteboard and screen annotation tool that enables:
- Real-time collaborative drawing and annotation
- Screen sharing with annotation overlay
- Virtual whiteboard for brainstorming
- Infinite canvas mode (Penney page) for unlimited creative space
- Video calls and camera sharing for face-to-face collaboration
- Real-time chat messaging with file attachments and emoji reactions
- Peer-to-peer communication via WebRTC
- Desktop applications for Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Web-based access through modern browsers
The Service is provided free of charge and is open-source software.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CFD Penney. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and current

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain all rights to content you create, share, or transmit through CFD Penney. However:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEFRYDEV AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Damages resulting from any content transmitted through the Service
- Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeFryDev, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
